U.: The story of this record is rather painful. We had some good new songs and were ready to record them at MYM, but just before the first session B.M., our drummer, got seriously ill (a bad case of pneumonia), and recovered only in four months. I was so desperate about the situation that I even tried to overdub my voice on some poor quality rehearsal cassette tapes. Thanks God, in four months he recovered, and at last we made it. I'm writing these words soon after the release, still fresh from all the worries. The sound of the record is new for us, heavier than all we did before, according to the general sense of the songs. It seems we've just survived through a very hard but beautiful period, which remains me of Kurt Vonnegut's "Timequake", and came out like newborn. The title song, "600" is just about this - about everything - and is dedicated to Bob Dylan.

Don't You Worry, Mom (Nothing's Gonna Be Alright)

sitting in a coco tree, water all over the town
sitting in a coco palm, not ready to drown
sitting in a tree not ready to drown
water everywhere, we knew we'd never get down
don't you worry Mom, nothing's gonna be alright

flying a plane through rolling thunder at night
flying through the night we saw the lightning bright
Feeling no fright praying to the Lord
we knew there were no brakes on board
don't you worry Mom, nothing's gonna be alright

riding through the country long trains going East
riding long long trains going East
riding through the country going East
we hoped to start a Woodstock at least
don't you worry Mom, nothing's gonna be alright

don't you worry Mom, nothing's gonna be alright
don't you worry Mom, nothing's gonna be alright
digging the earth touching the sky
living this life
hello - good-bye
don't you worry Mom, nothing's gonna be alright
